His “one moment” happened 45 days ago. Jeremy Biden has set a goal to change his life. He’s working to lose 100lbs in one year.
Every Friday we post an update here on the blog. David Kittner of Prowess Strength & Conditioning has signed on to personally train Jer. Jeremy meets with David three times a week and is playing hockey once a week. He’s also cut out bread, dairy, sugar & salt. SO WHAT IS HE EATING?? In the coming weeks, we will look at his diet, and provide tips and recipes for you.
So here’s the update. Jer excitedly texted me these numbers last night!
So today is day 45
Weight is bouncing between 303 and 309lbs
So 35 pounds lost.
NECK & ARMS: an INCH ON BOTH!
CHEST: 3 INCHES
DIAPHRAGM: 6 INCHES
WAIST: 2 INCHES
ABS: 4 INCHES
BUTT: 7 INCHES
THIGHS: 2 INCHES
CALF: 3 INCHES
KNEES: 4 INCHES
TOTAL INCHES LOST TO DATE: 31 !!
POUNDS LOST TO DATE: 35 !!!
