MF'S Fitness Friday: Get Fit With Jer: Day 45

Every Friday we post an update here on the blog. David Kittner of Prowess Strength & Conditioning has signed on to personally train Jer. Jeremy meets with David three times a week and is playing hockey once a week.  He’s also cut out bread, dairy, sugar & salt. SO WHAT IS HE EATING?? In the coming weeks, we will look at his diet, and provide tips and recipes for you.

I like training with him, but couldn’t this week (surgery)! I caught up with him to see how his head space is.  Is he still motivated to meet his goal to take back his life?

So here’s the update.  Jer excitedly texted me these numbers last night!

So today is day 45

Weight is bouncing between 303 and 309lbs

So 35 pounds lost.

Inches lost: 

NECK & ARMS: an INCH ON BOTH!

CHEST:  3 INCHES
DIAPHRAGM:  6 INCHES
WAIST: 2 INCHES
ABS:  4 INCHES
BUTT: 7 INCHES
THIGHS: 2 INCHES
CALF: 3 INCHES
KNEES: 4 INCHES

TOTAL INCHES LOST TO DATE: 31 !!

POUNDS LOST TO DATE: 35 !!!
