I think recreational activities and sports are essential for kids social and physical development.

But not every kid is cut out for the popular sports like hockey and dance.

Jer and I were invited to visit KTSC (Kawartha Trent Synchro Club) at Trent University.

Synchronized swimming combines swimming, dance and gymnastics underwater with a big emphasis on team work.

Jer and I had a great time with the club. I would strongly suggest kids (BOYS TOO!) looking into synchro as a sport. The club will offer free trials too!

Watch the video and see how fun synchro is! (Watch time under 4 min)

MF & Jer Join KTSC: Kawartha Trent Synchro ClubWhat a fun night! Kawartha Trent Synchro Club is a great group! I highly recommend taking your kids to give it a try. Full details will be posted on the blog!
