Peggy Shaughnessy has a great sense of humour. She is an incredible cook and she is a huge advocate for those struggling with addiction and mental health. Peggy founded an internationally respected business called Whitepath Consulting Inc. in 2002.
Here is an excerpt from the website:
Whitepath Consulting Inc continues to be a leader in the area of emotional and social health. We develop and deliver programming to connect the disconnected.
We have developed programs based on the RedPath model which is a successful approach using emotional and social competency skills. This ground-breaking model has proven to be successful in the areas of substance misuse, violence, employability, child and youth life skills and academic retention.
The RedPath process provides prevention, intervention, treatment and rehabilitation. Whitepath Consulting Inc has developed products to assist both clients and front line workers.
But Peggy has another day job. She makes famous poutine and butter tarts at the Whistle Stop Cafe in Peterborough, Ontario.
She’s also a loving wife, Mom and Grandma. Peggy is a woman who has accomplished much and has a lot of insight to offer in this week’s MF’s Trans Canada Nissan Drive By. Sit back watch and enjoy the vlog and here’s your warning: If you love butter tarts you will get very very hungry for them watching this 😉
Thanks for watching!! If you want a more in-depth explanation of how and what Redpath Consulting offers, watch this video:
As always thank you to the sponsor of MF’s Drive Bys, Trans Canada Nissan Peterborough. It is because of their support that we are able to share these community stories!
