This is Part Three of our five part series with Healthy Kids Community Challenge Peterborough and Nourish!

The idea behind these videos is to encourage you and your kids to make healthier choices. We want you to eat more fruits and veggies (with every meal and snack) and we want to make packing lunches a family fun activity.
