I love smoothies. My kids love smoothies. We’re always on the go and smoothies are easy to take in the car and I feel like I can get all my veggies and fruit in them, for me and my kids!
Jeremy is starting to really pay attention to his diet. He isn’t super familiar with a smoothie that has more than just protein powder and liquid in it. Luckily we found Hope Robbins, Hope is a personal trainer, wife and Mom of three boys. She knows how to fuel a body! She also loves smoothies!
