Well friends, it’s Friday!!!!!!!
I may have jumped the gun by posting a #TBT pic of me last year vs. one from this week, but we are rounding the corner on the first year of Get Fit With Jer!
Just so you know this party isn’t going to stop at day 365!
The Get Fit With Jer Army is growing, with so many people joining me and allowing me to join them in their journey as well! We have lots of fun stuff planned for MF and I in the upcoming weeks, and this week was no exception: mixed martial arts!!!
My first time stepping into an octagon was this week thanks to Big Country MMA & Fitness. I’ve haven’t sweat so much in my life – my face was like a slip and slide down my forehead! The full body workout you have to do for this activity was intense, but I loved it! Being able to spar with trainer Joe Elliott, learning the basics was great and I had a blast – I will definitely do it again! Here’s the VLOG we put together (watch time 1:36)
