So to recap:

Quarter apples

Throw them in a pot (skin and seeds in)

Put a bit of water in the bottom of the pot (about 2 inches)

Throw some nutmeg and cinnamon in the pot (also makes your house smell amazing)

Once the apples are mushy, transfer them in the the strainer and strain them out (like in the video).  I add maple syrup and stevia (sugar alternate).  Mixing apples gives different flavours too but I love a good tart apple for applesauce. I used Paula Reds in this video!
