This week we are packing lunches with three adorable girls. The message behind this video really is about doing it together, and letting kids get involved. Kids are way more likely to eat the food they prepare, and honestly it teaches them great empathy for those who do cook and prepare their food.

One of our family traditions is eating dinner together. Each member of the family has a task, from setting the table to choosing the meal to getting the water, whatever it is, they are involved and when they are involved they are more invested.

Preparing lunches is the same! We all have to eat, we might as well get prepared together!  I have always said the easiest way to eat healthy and incorporate more fruits and veggies in your diet is to have it ready and accessible. Packing lunches the night before definitely helps with the morning rush.

Watch this video with your kids and share your feedback with us, would you try this? What kind of wraps do you like?
