Hannah Van Tol is a 13 year old superstar who lives with Cerebral Palsy.

Cerebral Palsy is the most common movement disorder in children and occurs in about 2 of every 1000 births. Cerebral Palsy typicaly affects muscle tone as well as coordination and depending on the case may also include seizures and tremors among other symptoms.

Just like many other 13 year olds, Hannah loves to smile, laugh, go swimming with her family and create art.

Hannah’s respite workers, Haley and Allison are often looking for new and creative ways to help Hannah stretch her muscles and engage in fun activities.
