Seasons are changing and if you’re feeling the effects of it, you’re not alone. The sun sets earlier and it’s getting colder. So many people struggle this time of year.

This year is going to be even harder for some. With COVID-19, so many of us are already feeling isolated. It’s safe to say that this pandemic has effected everyones mental health in some way or another. However, you’re not alone.

Brooke wanted to do something that could help remind others that they’re not alone. She’s taking inspiring quotes and making hand-stamped cuffs. With each cuff sold during the month of November, $1 will be donated to a mental health initiative.

Trying to end the stigma attached to mental health can seem like an impossible task but, it’s a series of small actions that add up to a big impact.

It’s okay not to be okay. If you’re feeling down and alone, reach out to someone you trust. There are people out there that care about you.
