Have you tried Craniosacral therapy?
This type of therapy is ideal for:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • PTSD
  • Feeling Stuck
  • Pain management
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Insomnia
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Sciatica

Craniosacral therapy is considered to be a form of energy medicine. It’s based off the premise that we have trauma in our life and that causes blockages. During a session your body goes in to a relaxation state and the body is able to connect with those blockages and the facilitator works with you to clear them.

The therapy treatment I got is called “bio-dynamic” Craniosacral therapy. The treatment started off by picking out 4 stones or “cooyahs”. The stones I picked were then placed in various spots on my body to start the healing process.

Melissa herself has a spinal cord injury and has seen great success using this type of therapy. This therapy has also helped her manage her anxiety and PTSD.

When Melissa asked me what I wanted to get out of our session, the first things that popped into my head were health and clarity. It was a very relaxing process and I didn’t have to do anything. It’s a non-invasive and very respective approach, especially when you’re dealing with emotional or physical trauma.

If you’re considering a session, here’s what you need to know. The first session is usually an hour and a half long where you’ll give her your history etc. After that they’re roughly 45 minutes. Craniosacral therapy can be used at any age. The cost right now is $90 a session.
