Prepare to be motivated! This is truly The Ultimate Fitness Motivation.

You may remember the interview I did a couple years ago with a young man named Isaiah Lethangue. In 2015, he was hit by a truck after coming off of a bus. He suffered a traumatic brain injury and spent several weeks in a coma. His parents were told that he would never walk again – but here he is lifting weights with the help of Tom Mouland.

Tom also suffered a severe brain injury a few years back. Due to the severity of his injury, he shouldn’t have made it.

He had always wanted to be a personal trainer but wasn’t sure that it would be a financially stable career.

Living in a toxic environment as a child left him feeling depressed and angry about the situation. So he made a choice to take control and now he’s one of the top personal trainers in Ontario. Tom was also the first level 4 trainer in Peterborough!

It can be incredibly difficult to get yourself up and moving. Some days it feels impossible. But movement is so powerful and rewarding when all is said and done.

Tom and Isaiah had been working together for just over a year when this video was taken. When Isaiah first came to Tom, he had minimal use of his left side and walked with a limp. His limp is now almost completely gone and it’s easy to see his confidence and motivation shining through.

Both of these men have incredible stories and they’re nothing short of inspiring.

With a good attitude and perseverance, anything is possible.

As always, a huge thank you to JJ Stewart Motors for allowing me to share such moving stories.
