What stops you from doing the things you dream of?
Most often, it’s your mindset. It’s important to remember that there will likely never be a “right” time to do it. You have to take a leap of faith.
Kali Tucker took the leap. She went from working at a well established business to starting her own small business at just 23 years old! Not to mention, she’s TikTok famous after 3 months!
During Ontario’s first lockdown in 2020, she made her decision and took action. She gathered all her supplies and got to setting up her work space. Opening up the day after the first lockdown lifted was a big risk, but she did it anyway.
Kali started her TikTok account (@kali_esthetics_) when she opened her business. Now, 3 months later, she’s TikTok famous. She has over 9 million likes on her videos and over 200,000 followers. She put in her time and effort and built a social media empire!
When she was deciding what to post, she wanted to post content that she would want to watch. Taking the time to film and explain the different services not only educated her followers, but, it got her name out there and people now know who she is.
Taking the risk is scary, but if nothing else, you will learn. If your idea doesn’t go as planned, what did you learn and what can you do to change your outcome?
