Every week we update you on Jeremy Biden’s weight loss goal. He’s on a mission to lose 100lbs in a year. He’s working with personal trainers, David Kittner and Amy Hollingsworth of Prowess Strength and Conditioning. He’s changed his diet and he’s seen incredible results.
Only 67 days into his goal and Jeremy has lost over 40lbs and 47inches. BUT the weight isn’t dropping a quickly as it was in the beginning. He’s starting to experience a plateau. This is often what makes people lose focus and fall back into old habits. BUT JEREMY WAS PREPARED FOR THIS! He has a plan.
We took a drive by after a workout together. We chatted about his plan and to test out his DJ’ing skills!
