You may not have a Nicholls Oval in your town but I’m sure you have outside parks. This nice weather is soooo awesome! Everything is better when it’s sunny! It’s so much easier to get motivated and get outside!  I texted Jer on Wednesday (one of his regular training days) to check in and see

This nice weather is soooo awesome! Everything is better when it’s sunny! It’s so much easier to get motivated and get outside! 

I texted Jer on Wednesday (one of his regular training days) to check in and see how it was going, he sent me these photos back!

Jer is down another shirt and pant size and says he feels AMAZING!  He looks it that is for sure!  WAY TO GO JER!!
