The annual Kawarthas Northumberland Butter Tart Tour has gained a lot of traction over the last few years. It was created in hopes to attract tourists to Peterborough and the Kawarthas and to celebrate our culinary geniuses.
And it worked.
The tour is hugely successful, people come from far and wide to sample the tarts.
There’s even a buttertart taste off!! On Saturday September 23, 2017, you can join the fun and watch as judges unite to decide who has THE BEST butter tart. Watch the vlog and get a taste of what to expect at the taste-off… including the gluten free category!
