1. Bronde is actually a thing. It’s the “trendy” new hair colour, and being the trendsetter I am I now have Bronde hair (no I’m not making fun of my Asian friends). Brandy Aston hooked me up with the legit terminology and hair colour at Strutt Beauty in Peterborough.
2. The movie “Fury” is excellent. A microcosm of the catastrophic implications of war. Remembrance Day should be a National Holiday.
3. Children are excellent at communicating how they feel. Whining, screaming and violent thrashing is a good indication they’re NOT interested in whatever it is you want them to do.
4. My 5 yr old does NOT like Saturday morning skating. (Refer to number 4).
5. One of my Goddaughter’s turned One this weekend, she is friggin’ adorable and surrounded by a LOTTA love. Happy Birthday Emelia Evelyn!
4. The Saturday night indoor women’s soccer league at the Spiplex should change its name to “Saturday night try to play soccer while parenting from the field while your wild children run around like lunatics and get their arms stuck in the revolving door”.
5. In 30 days “Cinderella, The Dancical” will hit the stage at Showplace. I am the evil Stepmother, my daughter is the young Cinderella. I need to memorize my lines and you need to get a ticket.
6. Transformers 4 was disappointing. Yes I just watched it.
7. Bighero6 was an AWESOME movie.
8. A giant marshmallow animated character made me cry like the birth of my first born, or Toy Story 3 oh and Lion King.
9. 3D glasses on small people are funny.
10. My kid loves getting his picture taken (no said behaviour from #4), and I love taking it.
