Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day. A day created to draw awareness to mental illness and change the negative stigma attached to it by encouraging people to chat through social media and texting. I think it’s funny that the most obvious answer needs such attention: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. LET’S TALK. YOU WILL SEE. Right

So “they” say today is the most depressing day of the year. If you’re reading this after the third Monday in January, well maybe it just doesn’t matter what day it is. Maybe it’s a depressing day because “they” say it is. Let’s face it January sucks. We don’t need anyone to tell us that.
