Fitness Friday: GETTIN’ DIRTY
All in the name of cancer research! Last year I took part in the Devil’s Run, a 5km obstacle course designed to challenge females and get em’ dirty. This year the event has adopted the Cancer Society’s name “Mudmoiselle”. It’s the same event, with the intent to “drag cancer through the mud”. This year, there’s
