I love Halloween.  I love a costume that I can create from my own makeup bag and closet.

Cruella was a no brainer!  I just needed the wig!  I added contacts for dramatic effect.  As you will see in the VLOG I cannot put contacts in myself, but my husband is an expert.  He wore them for 30 years before he got laser eye surgery!
