This week’s Monday motivation rant is inspired by a few friends who were complaining to me about people they knew.  They were commenting that their life “looked” way better than theirs.

I asked, why do you think that?  The answer I was given sparked this rant.

“Stop comparing yourself to others.  You are not them you are you.”

Social media has great power to spread education, awareness and positivity.  It also has the ability to crush you with negativity…if you let it. Watch the rant and let me know what you think.

  1. Good call Michelle. I still can’t figure out why so many people compare themselves to others…weather they are rich poor or otherwise….the only thing that matters is, if you have you health, you are happy, and have a roof over our head. This has been going on since I started school … too many years ago. Everyone wants more…even if they can’t afford it…hence the world we live in today. It’s sad really.
