You go into your hypnosis with a purpose and can come out of it at any time. You remember everything that happens, you’re able to go to the washroom consciously and you come back with full alertness. You’re in complete control during a session.
It’s fairly common for clients to be apprehensive about their session. It’s typically a subconscious response and with the help of your hypnotist, you’ll leave feeling relaxed.
