You Can't Go Around, You Have To Go Through

Life:

Up.
Down.
Happy.
Sad.
Stressful.
Exciting.
Dull.
Overwhelming.
Beautiful.

It’s never easy, and it never stays the same, but no matter where you are, it will pass, so honour it, feel it, and let it go when the time comes.

We can’t go around problems, we have to go through them.

You can’t appreciate happiness without experiencing sadness.

It’s a constant balancing act and you are struggling just as much as everyone else trying to juggle it.

Be kind to yourself, be patient with yourself, recognize your stress triggers, and try to minimize them.

Sometimes we lose it over something so trivial like the cereal box being left open, but what we’re really frustrated about is, the lack of control we have over all of the stressors in our life.

Accept it and give yourself permission to not have it all together.

One step at time. You’ve got this.

PS. If you need to sleep with a stuffed sloth, that’s ok too.
