Winters not coming: It’s here.
We live in Canada. IT SNOWS! But I feel like every year we all forget how to drive in the snow. I think we all forget that getting out of the house takes at least 15-30 minutes longer. If you have kids in snowsuits that number can be closer to two hours!
Seriously though, driving this time of year does take a bit more effort. I met up with Constable Cameron Kenny of the Peterborough Police traffic unit to get some tips to keep the roads safer this winter.
Here’s the VLOG (watch time under 4 minutes) I also learned after this video that there is a $110 fine under the Highway Traffic Act if you have no clear view to the front, sides or rear (ALL separate charges)!!

All I can say is having a car started helps with time. Or make sure you left your wipers off your windows so they don’t get stuck to your windows..I hope I help a little bit
