Did you know that I’m afraid of heights?

If you already knew this about me, you’d probably never entertain the idea of me strapping on a harness and hanging myself from the top of a tree, but hey, I’m ALWAYS up for an adventure.

Check out the vlog to watch my assistant Niamh and I gear up and climb the course at Treetop Trekking Ganaraska. Spoiler alert: I only cried a bit 😉

Honestly, I think anyone (and kids can start at age 9) should come and give this a try. There are different levels of difficulty, it’s a great confidence builder, and once you get up there you’ll be hooked.

Head to treetoptrekking.com to find a location near you, or fit in a day of climbing through the canopy during your summer vacation this year. I can’t wait to go back with my hubby and my daughter.

Take that, fear of heights. I’m climbing back up into those trees! You just watch!

A huge thank you to Treetop Trekking for sponsoring this post. Be sure to give them a follow on Facebook and Twitter.
