One of the biggest stressors of school for me is packing my kid’s lunches. Healthy eating is a big part of our families life and we do love healthy eating but sometimes (a lot of the time) it feels like a struggle make healthy lunches.
This is the first of five videos that we will be sharing in partnership with Healthy Kids Community Challenge Peterborough and the Nourish Project that will hopefully inspire and motivate you to have fun in the kitchen with your kids while packing healthy lunches.
The first video is about keeping it simple.
I know from experience with my kids, one of the easiest ways to engage them in healthy eating is having it accessible. If I put out cut up fruits and veggies for a snack they will always eat it. Make it easy! Do the prep!
