That contraption (I’ll get the name of it) Jer is on is soooo hard. I have done it a few times with Jer and it is wicked. I actually almost puked the first time I did intervals on it. Jeremy you GOT THIS. JEREMY THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME TO WORK OUT TODAY AND EVERYDAY! Even if it means parking a little farther from the store and walking a bit more. We can all choose a healthier lifestyle. You just have to want it. You just have to have your one moment that kicks you into gear. Once you feel better you will want it even more! People ask how I find the energy to fit in a jog or workout, the truth is I can’t not find the time. Without exercise I don’t have the energy to get done what I want to.
